AUSTRALIAN POSTAL CORPORATION ACT 1989 - SECT 90C

    A law of a State or Territory that, apart from this section, would:

  (a)   operate retrospectively back to a time before 1   January 1991; and

  (b)   as so operating, apply to Australia Post;

only applies to Australia Post on and after that day.
