Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies to the use or disclosure of the information or document if the person acquired or received the information or document as a result, whether direct or indirect, of a disclosure or use (the original disclosure ) of the information or document that was permitted under section 90J, 90K, 90LC or 90LCA.
(2) The person may use or disclose the information or document if the use or disclosure is for the same purpose as the purpose for which the original disclosure was made.
