AUSTRALIAN PARTICIPANTS IN BRITISH NUCLEAR TESTS AND BRITISH COMMONWEALTH OCCUPATION FORCE (TREATMENT) ACT 2006 - SECT 27

    When the Commission affirms or sets aside a decision under this Division, it must give the person who requested the review of the decision:

  (a)   a copy of the Commission's decision; and

  (b)   a copy of the statement about the decision referred to in subsection   26(2).

Note:   Section   266 of the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024 requires the person to be notified of the person's review rights.
