AUSTRALIAN PARTICIPANTS IN BRITISH NUCLEAR TESTS AND BRITISH COMMONWEALTH OCCUPATION FORCE (TREATMENT) ACT 2006 - SECT 29

    If the Commission, under section   25, affirms a decision or sets it aside and substitutes another decision for it, an application may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal for a review of the decision so affirmed or substituted.
