Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) For the purposes of this Act, a claim or application is taken to have been made, or a document is taken to have been given, in accordance with this section if it is made, or given, in accordance with procedures determined by the Secretary under subsection (2).
(2) The Secretary may, by legislative instrument, determine the procedures for making claims and applications, and lodging documents.
