Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsAPRA may be assisted by persons appointed or engaged under the Public Service Act 1999 , and by officers and employees of authorities of the Commonwealth or prescribed New Zealand authorities, whose services are made available to APRA in connection with the performance or exercise of any of its functions or powers.
