Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to this Division, the Board may regulate proceedings at its meetings as it considers appropriate.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1), the Board may invite a person to attend a meeting for the purpose of advising or informing it on any matter.
