Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe amendments of this Act made by Parts 1 and 3 of Schedule 1 to the Financial Sector Reform (Hayne Royal Commission Response--Stronger Regulators (2019 Measures)) Act 2020 apply to warrants applied for on or after the commencement of those Parts (whether or not a matter to which the warrant relates arose before, on, or after that commencement).
