Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Director shall, under the direction of the Executive Director and in accordance with policies determined by the Commission, conduct such of the affairs of the Commission as are relevant to the functions of the Commission referred to in section 9.
(2) All acts and things done in the name of, or on behalf of, the Commission by, or with the authority of, the Director, for the purposes of this Act, shall be taken to have been done by the Commission.
