Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe regulations may prohibit or regulate access to information, access to which is otherwise controlled or limited on security grounds, by lawyers acting for a person in connection with proceedings for a remedy relating to:
(a) a questioning warrant in relation to the person; or
(b) the treatment of the person in connection with such a warrant.
