AUSTRALIAN SECURITY INTELLIGENCE ORGANISATION ACT 1979 - SECT 54

  (1)   An application may be made to the Tribunal for a review of an adverse or qualified security assessment.

  (2)   The application may be made by the person in respect of whom the assessment was made and who has been given notice of the assessment under section   38 or 38A.
