Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe Governor - General may make regulations, not inconsistent with this Act, prescribing all matters required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed, or necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Act.
Note: Regulations made for the purposes of paragraph (i) of the definition of prescribed administrative action in subsection 35(1) are subject to an extended disallowance period (see section 36AA).
