A.C.T. SELF-GOVERNMENT (CONSEQUENTIAL PROVISIONS) ACT 1988 - SECT 6

  (1)   The regulations may provide for:

  (a)   the substitution of the Territory for the Commonwealth as a party to any contract; and

  (b)   matters connected with any such substitution.

  (2)   Subsection   (1) applies only to a contract:

  (a)   which is subsisting immediately before Self - Government Day;

  (b)   to which the Commonwealth is a party; and

  (c)   which relates to a Territory function.
