Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If the Minister determines that the activity is likely to have no more than a negligible impact on the environment, the Minister must, by notice in writing, authorise the proponent of the activity to carry on the activity.
(2) The authorisation may be given subject to the conditions specified in the notice being complied with.
