Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A notice of authorisation given under section 12F, 12J or 12L must describe the activity that is authorised.
(2) A notice may specify that the authorisation extends to the persons who are to carry on the activity on behalf of, or under the control, of the proponent of the activity.
