Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister shall cause to be issued to each inspector, other than a member of a police force, an identity card in the form approved by the Minister, containing a photograph of the holder.
(2) A person who ceases to be an inspector shall forthwith return his or her identity card to the Minister.
(3) A person who contravenes subsection (2) commits an offence punishable on conviction by a fine not exceeding 1 penalty unit.
