Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsIn establishing an airside area, an airside security zone or a landside security zone within a security controlled airport, the Secretary must have regard to the purpose of the area or zone, and take into account:
(a) the views of the airport operator; and
(b) the existing physical features of the airport (including buildings); and
(c) the existing operational features of the airport.
