Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A creditor may, with the consent of the trustee, amend a proof of debt lodged by him or her.
(2) This section does not authorize the amendment of the proof of debt of a secured creditor by altering the estimated value of his or her security.
