BIOSECURITY ACT 2015 - SECT 501

    This Subdivision applies to a warrant other than:

  (a)   a monitoring warrant; and

  (b)   an investigation warrant.

Note:   Division   3 of each of Parts   2 and 3 of the Regulatory Powers Act contains rules for monitoring warrants and investigation warrants that are like the rules in this Subdivision for warrants.
