Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Director of Biosecurity may enter into an arrangement with a State or Territory body for officers or employees of the body:
(a) to be authorised to be biosecurity officers; or
(b) to be authorised, in accordance with section 546, to be biosecurity enforcement officers.
(2) An arrangement under subsection (1) is not a legislative instrument.
