Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Director of Human Biosecurity may enter into an arrangement with a State or Territory body for officers or employees of the body to be authorised, in accordance with section 548, to be biosecurity enforcement officers.
(2) An arrangement under subsection (1) is not a legislative instrument.
