Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Authority may, either generally or as otherwise provided by the instrument of delegation, by writing signed by the Authority, delegate to an officer of the Department any of the powers of the Authority under this Act, other than:
(a) the powers of the Authority under section 9, 19, 20, 28, 29, 30, 31, 33, 34, 38 or 53; or
(b) this power of delegation.
(2) A power so delegated, when exercised by the delegate, shall, for the purposes of this Act, be deemed to have been exercised by the Authority.
(3) A delegation under this section does not prevent the exercise of a power by the Authority.
