BUILDING ENERGY EFFICIENCY DISCLOSURE ACT 2010 - SECT 5A

    This Act does not apply in relation to an offer to enter into a contract between:

  (a)   an entity and a wholly - owned subsidiary of the entity; or

  (b)   wholly - owned subsidiaries of an entity.
