BUILDING ENERGY EFFICIENCY DISCLOSURE ACT 2010 - SECT 69

    An application may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of the following decisions:

  (a)   a reviewable decision made by the Secretary personally;

  (b)   a decision of the Secretary under subsection   68(4).
