BUILDING INDUSTRY ACT 1985 - SECT 13

    Where the Minister makes an order under this Act:

  (a)   a copy of the order shall be published in the Gazette ; and

  (b)   the order comes into force on the day on which the copy of the order is published in the Gazette .
