Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsFor the purposes of this Division, a person is taken to have supplied a channel, or a package of programs, to a licensee if the channel or package, as the case may be, is supplied to the licensee by the person:
(a) directly; or
(b) indirectly through one or more interposed persons.
