Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsFor the purposes of this Part, a person is taken to have supplied a channel or a package to a subscription television licensee if the channel or package is supplied by the person to the licensee:
(a) directly; or
(b) indirectly through one or more interposed persons.
