BROADCASTING SERVICES ACT 1992 - SECT 130ZZK

    For the purposes of this Part, a broadcasting video on demand service means a service that:

  (a)   makes audiovisual content available on demand using a listed carriage service; and

  (b)   is made available free to the general public.
