BROADCASTING SERVICES ACT 1992 - SECT 130ZZX

  (1)   The Minister may, by legislative instrument, give a direction to the ACMA about the exercise of the powers conferred on the ACMA by this Part.

  (2)   The ACMA must comply with a direction under subsection   (1).
