BROADCASTING SERVICES ACT 1992 - SECT 197

    The ACMA must take into account:

  (a)   evidence given, or a submission made, to it at a hearing; or

  (b)   a submission lodged with it in relation to the hearing;

in making a decision on a matter to which the evidence or submission relates.
