Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to subsection (2), if the ACMA gives an opinion under section 21 or 74, the ACMA must cause a copy of the opinion to be published in the Gazette .
(2) The ACMA must not publish such an opinion until:
(a) in the case of an opinion under section 21--the service to which it relates has commenced; or
(b) in the case of an opinion under section 74--the transaction has taken place or the contract, agreement or arrangement has been entered into.
