Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If a person who is required by subsection 74F(1), 74G(1), 74H(1), 74J(1) or 74K(1) to notify information dies before notifying the information, the executor or administrator of the person's estate must notify the information in accordance with the subsection concerned.
(2) If a person who is required by subsection 74F(1), 74G(1), 74H(1), 74J(1) or 74K(1) to notify information is a corporation and is wound up before notifying the information, the liquidator of the corporation must notify the information in accordance with the subsection concerned.
