BUSINESS SERVICES WAGE ASSESSMENT TOOL PAYMENT SCHEME ACT 2015 - SECT 89

    The operation of a provision creating a debt under this Part extends to:

  (a)   acts, omissions, matters and things outside Australia, whether or not in a foreign country; and

  (b)   all persons, irrespective of their nationality or citizenship.
