Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsA person is authorised to carry out an intimate forensic procedure to which this Division applies on a person (other than a child or incapable person) who is a serious offender:
(a) with the informed consent of the serious offender; or
(b) by order of a judge or magistrate under section 23XWO.
