CRIMES ACT 1914 - SECT 23YBA

Division does not apply to a proceeding in a foreign country or an international tribunal

    To avoid doubt, this Division does not apply in relation to a proceeding in a foreign country or international tribunal in which forensic evidence is provided in response to a request by:

  (a)   a foreign country; or

  (b)   an international tribunal; or

  (c)   a foreign law enforcement agency.
