Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A remuneration notice may be revoked at any time by the relevant satellite BSA licensee by written notice given to the collecting society to which the remuneration notice was given.
(2) The revocation takes effect:
(a) at the end of 3 months after the date of the notice; or
(b) on such later day as is specified in the notice.
