COPYRIGHT ACT 1968 - SECT 144B
Removal from office for failure to disclose interest
Where the Governor - General is satisfied that a member (other
than a member who is a Judge) has failed, without reasonable excuse, to make a
disclosure that he or she is, under subsection 144A(1), required to
make, the Governor - General shall remove that member from office.
