Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If the auditor of the compliance plan of a retail CCIV changes, the corporate director must, within 7 days and in the prescribed form, ask ASIC to alter the record of the CCIV's registration to show the name of the new auditor as the auditor of the CCIV's compliance plan. ASIC must comply with the request if the change complies with this Act.
(2) An offence based on subsection (1) is an offence of strict liability.
