CORPORATIONS ACT 2001 - SECT 1675

Definitions

    In this Part:

"commencement day" means the day on which Schedule   7 to the Financial Sector Reform (Hayne Royal Commission Response) Act 2020 commences.

"transition period" has the meaning given by section   1675B.
