Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A liquidator has qualified privilege in respect of a statement that he or she makes, whether orally or in writing, in the course of his or her duties as liquidator.

"liquidator" includes a provisional liquidator.
