CORPORATIONS ACT 2001 - SECT 535

When liquidator has qualified privilege

  (1)   A liquidator has qualified privilege in respect of a statement that he or she makes, whether orally or in writing, in the course of his or her duties as liquidator.

  (2)   In this section:

"liquidator" includes a provisional liquidator.
