Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Despite subsection 250N(1), a public company registered under this Part must hold its first AGM after registration in the calendar year of its registration.
(2) An offence based on subsection (1) is an offence of strict liability.
