Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) ASIC may direct the responsible entity of a registered scheme to give it information about the arrangements contained in the compliance plan. The direction is to be given by notice in writing to the responsible entity.
(2) An offence based on subsection (1) is an offence of strict liability.
