CORPORATIONS ACT 2001 - SECT 821D

Obligation to give access to the facility

  (1)   A CS facility licensee must give a person authorised by ASIC such reasonable access to the facility as the person requests for any of the purposes of this Chapter.

Note:   Failure to comply with this subsection is an offence (see subsection   1311(1)).

  (2)   A CS facility licensee must give a person authorised by the Reserve Bank such reasonable access to the facility as the person requests for any of the purposes of this Part or Part   7.3B.
