Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A person covered by subsection 848C(2) in relation to information may disclose the information if the disclosure is made in circumstances (if any) determined under subsection (2) of this section.
(2) The Minister may, by legislative instrument, determine circumstances for the purpose of subsection (1).
