CIVIL AVIATION ACT 1988 - SECT 32ACA

    Subject to section   32ACB, if an investigator has reasonable grounds for suspecting that there is on, or in, any premises a particular thing which may be evidential material, the investigator may:

  (a)   enter the premises; and

  (b)   search the premises for the thing.
