Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may grant leave of absence to the Chair on the terms and conditions that the Minister determines.
(2) The Chair may grant leave of absence to any other Advisory Council member on the terms and conditions that the Chair determines.
