Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If the Commission has reason to suspect that a carrier or carriage service provider has contravened, or is contravening, the competition rule, the Commission must act expeditiously in deciding whether to issue a competition notice in relation to that contravention.
(2) A failure to comply with subsection (1) does not affect the validity of a competition notice.
