COMPETITION AND CONSUMER ACT 2010 - SECT 27A

  (1)   On behalf of the Commonwealth, the Commission may engage persons to give advice to, and perform services for, the Commission.

  (2)   The terms and conditions of engagement are as determined by the Commission.
