CRIMES (SHIPS AND FIXED PLATFORMS) ACT 1992 - SECT 31

    Despite section   4J of the Crimes Act 1914 , an offence:

  (a)   against Division   1 of Part   2 or Part   3; or

  (b)   created by section   11.1 , 11.2 or 11.2A of the Criminal Code in relation to an offence against any of sections   8 to 16 and sections   21 to 27;

may not be tried except on indictment.
