CIVIL AVIATION (CARRIERS' LIABILITY) ACT 1959 - SECT 2

  (1)   Parts I, III and V shall come into operation on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.

  (2)   Parts II and IV shall come into operation on such dates as are respectively fixed by Proclamation.
